Hm, it seems that this project unfortunately is getting stucked. :?
I also would like to back this, but I don't want to register on another platform like kickstarter. I think this project would increase its chances being successful by switching to kickstarter, because obviously kickstarter is more familiar to the most people, even if it's newer than indiegogo.
And I miss a few soundtracks on this remake compilation, for example from games like Golden Axe, Alloyrun or Outrun Europe (my favorite soundtrack made by Jeroen). Anyway, nevertheless I hope this project will have been completed successfully and Jeroen and his work will get the success he deserves. :)
If it finally wouldn't be launched, I would suggest another try on kickstarter. In this case I would also be in. And even more so if the above-mentioned soundtracks would also be a part of it. Let's hope and see.

The major differnce between Kickstarter and Indiegogo is that the latter uses what they call "flexible funding". Which means that Jeroens campaign will receive all funds raised regardless of it reaching its goal or not. Which might keep some people from chipping in.

The arcade where I volunteer did an Indiegogo to gather funds to purchase a Hard Drivin' cabinet, and the guys were very upfront about how the funds would be used if the campaign "failed" (upkeep for the other cabinents). Jeroen doesn't seem to mention this on his front page, although he does mention it on the comments section: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/jero ... #/comments

Roughly 25 hours to go now, and despite the campaign probably not achieving the symbolic goal of 38.911 USD[1], Jeroen has posted an update that the album and various perks will see the light of day. I chipped in $10 for the MP3/FLAC download version.

[1] Notice anything familiar about that number? :D
