using your musinc in Youtube channel

Post by martinflash »

Hello. What is the story about using your musinc in Youtube channel?
Many youtubers wants to use them because they are brilliant.
I woud like to use some of them as well.
Where to buy copyrights to use the? Are some of the free to use?

That's a big question. You would always have to get the permission of the remixer involved, and credit both the remixer and the composer (and often the publisher). Some would be happy letting you use it for free if it was the right circumstances, others might not.

If there are particular tunes you want to use, the first step is to approach the remixers, and then talk to me for some advice.
Won't somebody PLEASE think of the children?

I have a few of my remixs have been used without my permission. However credit was given, so I dont mind.

But as Chris said, others might not like tracks used without asking first.

Anyone can use remixes I've made, but I don't like when they make money off of them (however little).
Check out my website.
