Hi sid remix fans!

I'm just putting the finishing touches to my remix of They Stole A Million. This one features my guitar, trumpet and synth/drum production skills. I'm not sure which remix name to use though as I have a few in mind. When I first heard this from Ben Daglish I think he was going for that 70's Sweeney/Get Carter type sound so I've done my best to try and bring that sound across in this remix as you can hear from the rough demo snippet.

So what suggestions have I got. Well I've put them in a poll for you to pick
:)

Any other comments too are appreciated.

Sounds really nice. Is the mix a bit unbalanced though, or are my headphones lying to me? Seems like too much of the low-frequencies are panned to the right.

Cheers for the feedback Analog-x64 and Mordi much appreciated.

Your headphones are not deceiving you! The mix is unbalanced haven't got round to mixing it down yet and will certainly address the imbalance as its clearly there so thanks for pointing it out! :D I knew there was something not quite right with this rough mix but couldn't put my finger on it!

Looks like it could well be called The Guvnor mix at the mo. :)

Hi! I like the mix, it's cool and I agree, it's jazzy swingy (another plus). For the mastering/mixing I can't help since I don't know how to mix my own tunes well, but for the title of your RMX I would suggest 'Rite Currency' or smt like that. keep up the good work

Thanks to everyone who voted for what they think the track should be called. It happens to be my original choice as well - "The Guvnor Mix"

Thanks for the comments and support; Analog X64, Mordi and Manganoid! :D

So all that remains for me to do now is release the remix! 8)

Look out for it!
