Render Revisited

Post by Analog-X64 » 22/02/2013 - 1:29

I revisited my previous render. This time using image based lighting.

Thanks daXX :)

This particular image took 6 hours to render on an older Quad Core system. The original one that I posted a few days ago only took 6 minutes to render. Realism comes at a cost.

I'm attaching a screenshot of what the wireframe looks like, not as impressive as the rendered image :)

Gotta Love Bryce for it's render quality.. Good job buddy, good job..

Now you hitting the light/map based renders, you should try the classic "light room" setup.. ( its the one all the car adverts use.. ) Have a look here :

Gives that classic 'showroom' look.. Keep at it, getting better results all the time :)
