Thank you for your kind words - I can't wait to hear what people think of the finished product after having worked on it for 4 years now! On a sidenote, the MSRP for the double CD set will be 24,95 Euro. Has anybody been listening to the preview clip on the MAZ Sound Tools website already? If so, what did you think of them? I have to admit that I am particularly proud of the "Cannon Fodder" theme song I worked on with Andrew Barnabas and Jon Hare - this is my tribute to the late Richard Joseph (who had originally agreed to arrange this track for the album back in 2006).

Yep listened to the previews Jim, and they all sound great (similar feel to Immortal 3, which itself was of very high quality). I'm particularly looking forward to Flashback (based on Raphael Gesqua's mods?) and Lemmings (a medley?).

Will there be a FLAC download for purchase at release time? (for people living in the far reaches of the Universe who might want to avoid paying for postage then waiting weeks ;))

Nice! Can't wait for this :)

Hoping for flashback-options1 :) Judging by the 3:23 play time on Immortal 4, I would guess Jean Baudlot has remade Gesqua's options1 (3:19) :?:

What about Track 17/CD 2 ? Is this the Title-Theme of Wing Commander? Or an ingame-track ?
There`s already a Remix on YT that sounds good. Is it the same that will be released on Immortal IV?

(found it a couple of minutes ago)

Jean Baudlot arranged the "Flashback" main title for the album (in the UnExotica archive you linked to that would be 'flashback-options 2'). Actually, the whole soundtrack for that game was composed by Jean and only ported by Raphael Gesqua. Raphael composed the music for the Playstation sequel "Fade To Black" though - the soundtrack was released on CD in 1996. The "Wing Commander" track was added last minute, after a nice chat I had with the games' lead composer George Sanger. It is a remastered recording of George and his band Team Fat performing the main title which was originally included on their digital album "Wing One".

Glad to register to this forum! Thanks for the fantastic work on all Amiga Immortal CD's over the years.
I wanted to comment on the only thing I did not like about Immortal 3, the fact that I had to open the case and booklet everytime, to access the track list. If possible, please consider including the track list in the back cover, as per default on most CD's! I can understand though, this is harder to do on 2-CD releases with many tracks.

Woohoo ! Immortal 4 will be released the same month as the new Mark Snow (X-F) collection ! Best month of the century, undeniably (as far as music is concerned, I mean) !
