About the RSS feed

Im using Firefox and I subscribed to the RSS feed..
The PROBLEM is that when i start Firefox and get into the forum, it says I logged in just a minute ago, removing all markers from the threads, just as if I would have read all the new messages already.
I use the forums auto-login feature.
At first I got all paranoid and thought someone had taken control of my computer.
