I dont think you guys have Wal-Mart in the U.K. but you might start seeing this crap as well.

Basically a Game & Watch type of unit that is a clone of the Wii Remote...check out the gallery below.

We used to have Walmart here in Germany, but they went broke last year. :hysterical:

But I also have a Wii with 2 remotes at home and would never buy anything else than the real Wiimote.

thats the thing... this is not a Wii Mote!!! its a Crappy LCD Game, inside a plastic housing that looks very similar to the Wii Mote... I bet a lot of people buy this junk by mistake thinking they are buying a Wii Mote.

This borders on fraud as most parents aren't technically talented enough to identify this as the rubbish it is but instead really think they got the real one or a close clone.

Remembers me of a gameboy fudge some years ago, with a lousy frogger-type black&white LCD clad cheap piece of crap.

I dunno, I have a strange fascination with generics and knockoffs. Like whenever I go into a new grocery store, I like to see what they call their generic version of Dr. Pepper. Dr. Check, Dr. Bold, etc...

There was an actual generic game console I saw some time back in Walgreen's (I think) that I should have bought when I had the chance.
