Hi,

I have a little odd request today. Over the years after watching Indy 1-3 I always remembered a scene I had seen in a movie preview, a scene which is basically identical to the ant-hill scene in Indy 4. I always thought it must have been from an Indy-esque movie like Romancing the Stone, or Quartermain.

So. Anyone know a pre 1990 film with a similar scene in it? Or is this an extreme case of deja vu?

I know an episode of "MacGyver" had something similar in it

There is a really old sci fi film called Phase IV which iirc has ants attacking a laboratory in the middle of a desert. Not seen it for years so I could be wrong there.

There's a similar scene in "The Mummy" (Part 1) with bugs though that's not pre-'90s.
