Which TV favourites should have graced the 64?

We've had Knight Rider and Blockbusters and even Bob's Full House and the Krypton Factor. But I'd've loved to have had in my collection a version of Quincy ME:

I'd be the last one to claim that it's the most polished and professional-looking pastiche, but I think it came out the oven decently well.

(Though, on second thoughts, perhaps Quincy was better off as he was. After all, many computer adaptations of tv shows were dismal, though the likes of Yes Prime Minister were shining rarities.)

Actually, there HAS been a game on the C64 about V, and it wasn't even half bad, iirc ! ( Entry on Lemon64 )

Oh, and in November they wil start a remake of the series in the States.

Cool! I did a search for "V" on GB64 before posting but didn't return this hit. I'll have to check it out -- great fodder for my C64 blog to tie in to the new show!

Manimal could have been fun, but in my mind's eye I see it as one of those typical Ocean platformer & puzzler efforts rather than a more complicated arcade adventure with puzzles...
