Who's who? Badgers

I mean Badges.

Think I'd better explain!

There was such an easy going attitude this year that I had no idea who some of the people we exchanged comments with were. Obviously, we recognised a few people (Benn, Chris, Rob, Kenz for example) but for me (since I do tend to dip in and out of the scene) I had no idea who many of you were.

How about for the next BIT, we get badges to identify people for some of us that can't put the faces to the names.

Of course you CAN just simply ask, which always works best! but what do people think?

I looked real hard to spot Makke, Simon Nicol, Mahoney and Skitz with not much luck. Actually, Kenz did tell me how to spot Mahoney, but the only time I saw you was you rushing in and out of the bar. It looked like you were looking for someone, so I thought it a bit rude to stop ya! :)

Badges, Badges, Badges, Badges, Badges, Badges, Badges, Badges...... shrooom!

The other events did have badges but I know for a fact mine soon came off at Bit3. I just found mingling with people did the trick and you soon meet everybody tho im still kicking myself for not meeting Matt Cannon

yeah I wouldn't mind chippin in.

Thing is, I stayed sober all night in the far corner with a couple of mates who were progressively getting more and more drunk, so by the end when the real mingling kicked in, I was pretty knackered. Guess I should have made more effort to meet - my fault!

Can I purchase one of your toastie making Badgers for our office at work?

Yes, actually I was looking for somebody... But, hey! I was wearing a badger all the time, well, until I decided to donate it to David Whittaker at the concert so he'd find my Armageddon Man remix on r : k : o ! :D

Sorry for not talking to you, Tim! Let's do it another time!

There's lots more people I would have chatted to if they'd had their names on display. (Some might argue that's a good reason *not* to have badges, but still...)

Next time, I'm drinking!!!!

Mind you, I would have been disappointed that export tap was taken off the bar within an hour of opening! The bitter they served was rank!

No worries Mahoney, would have been cool to catch up and say hello, but time and energy won at the end of the day!

I HAVE the solution to the problem:
