Commodore Remix

If you're anything like me, you probably had a blast playing Wasteland on the breadbin back in the day. And if you're a LOT like me, you're probably very exited by the possibility of a fan-funded sequel for the PC (and Mac if they manage to raise $1.5 million) created by the team that worked on the original game (plus Fallout 1+2). So reach for your wallet and throw some cash at Brian Fargo already.

Cool campaign!

Yah! 42 hours and 30 minutes was all it took for the community to cough up the $900K needed to make the game happen. I'm both VERY happy and proud that $30 of that amount comes from my wallet. Hopefully it'll make 1.5 million (currently at $1.186.711) so I can play it on the Mac at home without having to sneak a copy onto the PC at work.

In related news, how cool would it be to pool $2500 to 'earn' the inclusion of a item of your choice in the game. Personally, I'm thinking that a copy of the very first Back In Time CD would be appropriate.

I`ll just sit and wait until Manfred Trenz and Turrican IV appears on Kickstarter.
