Special Guests lineup at the Symphonic Games Concert
Starting off the Games Convention in Leipzig, Germany on the 22nd of August, there will be a Symphonic Games Music Concert featuring symphonic renditions of game soundtracks such as StarCraft, Final Fantasy XI, Stranglehold, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Turrican 2 as well as medleys of C64- and Amiga-tunes.
The Amiga-medley will also have a rendition of music from the Pinball games and the author Olof Gustafsson will join the other special guests Allister Brimble, Chris Huelsbeck, Tilman Sillescu and Yuzo Koshiro to sign albums and enjoy hearing their music played live by a massive orchestra.
Another 24h show on SLAY Radio
This following weekend, starting off Saturday at 18:00 CET with DJ Skitz and his 24h Show Warmup, nearly all the DJs on SLAY Radio will perform a marathon of shows, stretching over a full 24 hours.
The approach this time is that each DJ will do a 3-hour variation of their regular shows to form a full 24 hour block of radio goodness.
Be sure to tune in and join the DJs for a live chat during the shows at #SLAYRadio on EFNet.

RKO is back up!
RKO and AmigaRemix soon to return
Both sites are being set up at one of Ziphoid's servers now. On the messageboard, Ziphoid stated: "The current status is that both RKO and AR have been moved successfully, but there still needs to be done quite extensive testing, since the environment is quite a bit different than before."
CCS64 V3.2 has been released
The changes are: - ADD: Several new Application Menu menu items, which use Windows File Dialog controls for file loading/saving. The equivalent old-style Textual menu items have been retained.
- ADD: Ability to sample a running session as an AVI file (audio + video). AVI files are un-compressed, so are quite big; therefore, these should be re-compressed, using video editing software, for further distribution.
- FIX: Several errors in Textual menu entries.
- ADD: New key-combinations added:
Alt+K - Insert special C64 key-stroke.
Alt+Shft+S - Toggles the recording of sound to a WAV file.
Alt+Shft+V - Toggles the recording of video+sound to an AVI file.
