New SID2MIDI version
After years of apparently being abandoned, there's news from the SID2MIDI project. Michael Schwendt, creator of the tool, has stated on the forum that he indeed has abandoned his SID related projects for the time being. Since former versions of SID2MIDI were restricted shareware though, Michael has now released an unrestricted evaluation version 0.17.8 of the useful tool, for Windows.
SID2MIDI "converts" SID files into MIDI data by a complex method of emulating a c64 environment similar to SID players, and then analysing the SID output to determine the music data.
Please visit the forum to obtain a copy.

which ever you prefer), drink some beer, talk some more, have some more
beer, talking... You get the picture, eh?
See you there!
Or here. Err... Right...
