Prodigy Album features Arkanoid? 04/10/2004
Rumour has it that a track "Memphis Bells" (track 3) on the new Prodigy album may feature drums ripped from Arkanoid: or they may be just drums produced using Quadrasid... have a listen yourself and decide. And discuss. And deride. And deranged. And... {that's enough Chris - Tas}

Thanks Neil, I was getting carried away there.

Rob Hubbard writing new game music! 04/10/2004
Rob Hubbard has confirmed he's been asked to write some music for a mobile Java game by a small development company. The piece he's written is orchestral in feel, and may be made available as well in "Project Hubbard". More news as it happens.

Retrovision 5 turning into BIT Live Reunion 04/10/2004
Retrovision is an event that's held in Frome, Somerset and features 4 days of gaming and fun in February next year. A limited edition party, this one is unique in featuring 80% of Stuck in D'80s, and also Chris Abbott (me!) all giving performances! Plus Gary Liddon, Jeff Minter and other Llamasofties and retro fans will be there for solid retro gaming (not just C64), drink, curries and frolics. Tickets are going fast, and there's only 120 of them. So if you're in the mood for that acoustic "Ben and madfiddler" SID set, then...

Visa Röster CD now available! 04/10/2004
Visa Röster's "Commodore 64 - vocally" is now available both at their own website and at c64audio.com: featuring 13 tracks, this is a strictly limited 100 copy pressing CDR with nice booklet. Features a live recording of "Spy Vs Spy" from Back in Time Live 2004.

Visa Röster have kindly agreed to donate all proceeds to help out "Back in Time Live" - the live event that's too ambitious for its own good ;-)

C64Audio.com shop - needy!

Many changes - little change 20/09/2004
I have been modifying large parts of Remix64's database structure, and tons of related code. For now, there are little obvious changes, and everything's pretty much as it was - at least on the outside. Yet, this ugrading has been very much nessecary as a starting point for nice future features. Watch this space! :-)

You might notice, that a few of the old URLs won't work any longer, mainly tune info page URLs have changed. If you have referenced these from your websites, take a minute to adapt them, please.

Tonight is the night! 11/09/2004
Yes that's right, the final Back In Time Live Event is taking place tonight in the heart of London: the end of an era. If you, like me, couldn't make it there: though luck. We're going to look wistfully back upon this day for the rest of our lives!

If London is within your reach today though, don't hesitate - go there, grab your tickets at the door. You don't want to miss this! YOUR LAST CHANCE! YOU STILL HERE? :-)

Visit backintimelive.com now!

If there's still no way for you to get there, be certain to tune in to tonight's SLAY Radio show at 17:00 CET:

"The unfortunate among you who can't attend this very last Back In Time Live, have faith! SLAY Radio will be broadcasting the entire event, including backstage interviews with the performers and with the regular Joe visiting the event."

Stuck in D'80s video footage now available 12/08/2004
Great video footage edited by Boz and Kenz is now available at the backintimelive.com site. If you've never seen SID80s perform before, then you'll now know what you're missing. And it was even better live...

Back in Time Live

Back in Time Live 2004 is final BIT Live ever 12/08/2004
A powerful artistic climax for a journey which has seen us progress from a glossy nightclub, to a indie nightclub, to a church!

After this one, we will have pretty much done what we set out to do: reunite the composers with the fans, up the ante for performance of SID music, and have a lot of fun. We'd be repeating ourselves if we did another one after this.

If you still don't know what the fuss is about, or you expected this to go on for years, now's the time to finally get to a Back in Time Live before the lonely decades ahead return... apart from Retro Expo, Retrovision and Jagfest of course.
