Someone commented on my 'Monty Gets Orchestrated' remix that they 'weren't convinced by the instruments' and....
It's stuck with me for a couple of months - and I have to say, I agree. The string samples lacked something in terms of 'instrument reality'.
So, here we are with a full orchestral OL3. New samples, more reality in the bowing and dynamics.
Alongside my other OL3 remix, (21st Century SID Remix), I worked on this as a complete contrast in sound and structure

The arrangement is masterful, the slowed down tempo really fits the grand orchestra sounds. Just wonderful, wonderful stuff. Thank you! |
