Some trivia:
The last part of the song has an alternate drum beat, which I came across by chance. But I liked it so I kept it.
Since the original sidtune was made for a football game, I guessed the hand claps rhythm was there because it is the kind of rhythm typically made by spectators encouraging their favourite team. So I wanted some real claps.
I have no idea what you mean by "80's remix thing", I just made the tune how I like it best.
And no, the "xmas feel" is not intended.

klosterkatten shouts: Felt rather.. Dull, I suppose its not my kind of mix.
infamous shouts: Brave, has a very xmas feel to it (im guessing thats the point of it? ) but it just doesnt "do it" and the 80's remix thing is seriously overdone now. Lots of talent on display would be better used on something more inspiring. But still.. Its no prowler shouts: Ok sound, but the remix is overall uninspiring... Your approach on green beret was way better! LaLa shouts: It has its moments with some very cool instrumentation, but mostly it sounds too mechanical and dull. A nice effort, regardless. Waz shouts: Real handclaps, that's what us football fans want. Although it'd need mixing tweaking, what's there sounds decent enough and is promising. omoroca shouts: Technically average but hits my nerve. Well done!
Milo shouts: I had forgotten Match Day II even had music, now I remember that I used to LOVE the music. This is a really good and faithful version of a forgotten song. In fact I signed up JUST so I could vote for it as it seems underrated to me. spellcoder shouts: It sounds a bit like 1988/1989 Amiga mods so maybe that's what infamous means with 80's?
