I'd been struggling with the idea of remixing this tune. A lot of David Dunn's work goes round and round my head for ages, a sign of a good composer.

Like Tim Follin's Scumball, this and many of Dunn's music bases around a melody that ends almost as quickly as it begins, but leaves a lasting impression.

Some of my more recent personal music (not that there's really been that much!) has been sounding quite retro in terms of sounds and arrangement.

In fact, for some reason, I originally aimed for something along the line of the UK TV (dreadfull series) The Gentle Touch. Haunting, yet strangly compelling. The odd apeal of a 70's Kevin Keagan "wig"-alike, Maggie Forbes cannot be discounted entirely.

But as it turned out, you really don't know how close I came to naming this "Flight Path 737 - Monsieur with your big jumbo you are really spoiling us (remix)" .

For those of you that are familiar with the silver-gold foil wrapped treats, popular as 80's christmas presents for your elderly relatives - you need not look any futher - this is your fondant nut based dream come true , albeit in a c64 remesiscey type package, complete with soaring chocolatey chords and smooth velvety centre finish.

Sure you enjoyed it, but what the fuck are you gonna do with that big plastic box once all the sweets have been scoffed?
