This is an old favourite sid of mine I still remember listening to it on my C128 when I was a kid.
I had however forgotten about it and rediscovered it recently when going through the huge sid archive and I just had to remix it )
My aim this time was to create a sort of break techno thingy heavily influenced by modxm chip music.
Once again Jeskola Buzz has been used to create the song. Everything is software synths except for the custom drumpack I put together for the song.
All arpeggios are made within Buzzes own pattern editor in the same manner as you would do in a .mod
There are some unexpected breaks here and there and lots of neat additions to the original sid all part of the concept )
I also added some old school solos or at least tried just to get the good old c64 feeling.
I hope you all like the song as much as I enjoyed remixing it.

Dan shouts: Great, captures the feel of the SID exceptionaly well, and altho a little long, never seems to outstay it's welcome
Skitz shouts: This is technically excellent but doesn't really remix the original. Waz shouts: Pretty good stuff - captures the feel really well. The only thing is that it doesn't always have the variety - instruments can be a bit samey. Good effort all round though. klosterkatten shouts: Nasty stuff, the technical part of this track is great, and the tune itself is pretty good. Althought it could use a bit more variety.
snorski shouts: Well may be not the best track an the site, but it somehow gives me a nice buzz... prowler shouts: Agrees with snorski - good vibes! omoroca shouts: 8 or 9 years ago, this would probably have rocked. But today this is nothing special. I like this tune's SIDishness, but that's all. condor shouts: Some elements are so-so, but I realy like the arrangement!!! Almost red! solsol shouts: Nice tune! It should have more bass-tone thou... feark shouts: Sometimes the extreme SIDsound works, sometimes not. In this it sure works well.
