In 1990 (when DD3 was released), just before selling my beloved 64 (to get an Amiga actually), I didn't think much of the tune then - must have been deaf at the time because it's a brilliant melody. Later on the Amiga, using Sidplay I played it often in the background. It's really funky and nostalgic in a way - as Jeroen's tunes mostly are/were. I tried to find sounds that don't sound too much like SID, yet retain the spirit of the original. This little track wasn't a major effort, but the lead was fun – a modified Korg X5 sound I "patched" with some L/R delays for added room. I hope you have some fun with it.
