Just a bit of noodling really. Been listening to a lot of distorted and odd stuff like Boards of Canada and suchlike and I felt like doing something of that cold , damaged, lo-fi production style. The guitar reguarly goes out of time, some of the record effects are pretty poor and it's pretty much all mono. You have been warned.

I still like it though. Its just one of those sids that makes me feel nice and snug. Not the first time I've re-made a remix, probably not the last, but hey...

Skitz shouts: Nice idea but after listening a few times the "record scratches" become really annoying.... I agree that some kind of pad would have been nice too
Dan shouts: I would have given this very good cos its an excellent rendition but as with the above comment the record scrathes get really annoying
Waz shouts: Really nice idea to take on Times of Lore with soft guitars. The mix might need a few more soft guitars and a little less on the record scratches, but the idea is excellent, and well performed.
Tas shouts: I really like this alot, I wish however some soft strings were added in the background just to warm it up a bit? Am I being too picky?
eliot shouts: Oh adam, you did a really good remix... Why you thought you have to add this vinyl-crap? Upload again and you will receive the orange one.
sumppi shouts: Very promising, scratches are a bit too much, left me waiting for that something more
beldin shouts: Added accompany would have been very good!
LMan shouts: Would be a great soundtrack for a Vietnam war game/movie.
ifadeo shouts: Yep, I'm a fan of maindrians work... At first, the vinly sample is to LOUD and static... But the rest of the remix is great... Keep'em coming...
dumper shouts: I would like there to be more in the background, just sounds a little bare.
nettuno shouts: Yaaawn... My best slept of everytime.
m.a.f shouts: Sounds like a tune from one of those spaghetti westerns, it also reminds me of the original Silent Hill soundtrack on Playstation. I loved that. I love this too! Very Stylish!!:)
LaLa shouts: I find the vinyl noise highly annoying. It's OK to use it in the beginning to make a statement, but for crying out loud, lose it later on! Too bad, because it's a decent guitar piece otherwise.
anaconda shouts: Good guitarskills. But a bit slow and not much to listen at.
load_error shouts: OK I admit to be attracted by non conventional music. I listened to this very loud at home, and the result was a very immersive atmosphere. True, If there were some more arragment with some strings in the background.....
omoroca shouts: Very emotional, but the original SID is, too, so this one doesn't add anything in that respect. The guitar playing is rather poor, but one extra point for the song choice!
