Funny how things work out, huh?

Re: Music licencing

I'd be making sure I had a reasonable balance with the CD tracks, and I'll certainly have a closer look at how Scenesat and Slay do it to make sure I get it right as well. If you feel I need to tone things down a bit, you can let me know and I'll be sure to readjust the balance of tracks. Thanks aga...

As far as things go, even without the issues of... that individual, I'd probably still have gone about the things similar to the way I brought them up here a couple of days ago. Especially in light of all that's happened, I want to keep on people's good sides; my intention isn't to make a profit wit...

Re: Music licencing

I am looking at relying on advertising down the line, although only between shows (and before and after) and on the Auto-DJ function. I wanted to essentially see how feasible the radio station(s) would be before committing a lot of money to it, as I know how much hassle they can be to operate, so I ...

Re: What popular music reminds you of the C64-era?

I find that this song reminds me of the Amiga or C64: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDf1wFiOnwY

Granted, I never had an Amiga, but I'm pretty acquainted with how they sound at this point. The chiptune sound is very distinctive in this , I feel.

Hey guys, long time no see! I have question, although I'm not sure if it's the right forum, but I'll ask here anyway, and assume that it'll hopefully be moved to the right place if it isn't already. Basically, I was going though all my old FB groups and stumbled upon a particular group involving he ...

Re: Synthesia - Piano fro eveyone :)

I actually have Synthesia, and paid to get it unlocked and I do think it's a good piece of software, only while I keep on meaning to use it to help me learn to play the piano/keyboard I keep on forgetting!

Re: Last C64 Game You Played?

I played Puzznic for a bit a few days ago, was testing if the tape still loaded after so many years, which it did.

That was brilliant! :D

Sadly, I won't be able to make this, is happening too soon for me to save up... perhaps another time though.

Re: 24 Bit Graphics SUCK ! - Koala ROOLZ !

Sounds like an interesting concept. And I'd say it'd definately increase the flow of creativity, especially as people are still finding creative ways to get around the C64's limitations.

Re: Urgent MP3 Hosting.

Using your own PC as a server does work out cheaper than hosting, definately. Although one thing stops me from considering using my PC as a host, and that is the fact I'm on pay as you go electricity, which isn't a good thing if you want to be on 24/7! Most people won't have this problem though, as ...

Re: Back in Time Live Stockholm 2008 (September 13th 2008)

I'm gonna look into coming along, need to price up first.

PS: Anyone going to Stansted can catch a bus for about 15-17 quid return from Stratford via National Express. The bus only takes 45 minutes. Other buses to Stansted from NE depart from Central London.

Re: SLAY Radio Gathering Confirmed for 2008!

I don't know if I'm gonna be able to make it... the gatherings always happen when I volunteer my services to a music festival in Ireland. Shame, I'd have loved to have gone... been 3 years since I went to my last gathering.
