Re: Yet another music theif at work

Yeah, I i think I have a memory of that name when you mention it...
I suppose he gets banned if any of his other tracks are recognized.

Thanks for the work Hazel

Re: Yet another music theif at work

My track was not as "commercial trance" as the others I listened to :) Sounded a litttle out of place there maybe. I don't know if I bother doing anything about it right now. I'ts not that he is getting anything out of it more than false positive feedback and "praise" from his mates, which I have a ...

Re: Web Design question.

CMS systems are really nice. Some time ago I started to do some HTML stuff the pre 2000-way, but looking at cool and flexible sites, CMS was the way to go. It's not very hard, in fact it's easier than writing everything by yourself. You just have to spend some time with it. But if you want to do stu...

Re: What inspires you to choose a particular SID to remix?

Options 2 and 4 2. I also done like Mordi, I've actually listened through artists A to about L (phew), almost every single SID but it takes TIME. I usually do it while at work, many hours to spend listening there. The ratio of remixable/good ones aren't so good. I haven't couted but it's probably wa...

Re: Announcement: Instant Remedy / Immortal 4

I'm not sure of when the release is going to be for my Amiga CD but before 2009 ends feels like a realistic estimation.
A medley for radio promotion sounds like a good idea. Actually, something like that is already planned :)

Re: Ghosts'n Goblins SID vs original

Urk, that was the ugly version.
Cooksey was king to ditch that tune and write his own :)

Ghosts'n Goblins SID vs original

Did Mark Cooksey make an original tune for the C64 version? The version on the arcade had a tune which was way worse. The music on the C64 version rocked the a$$ of the original arcade version.
And why did he do this? Good thing he did though :)

Re: Announcement: Instant Remedy / Immortal 4

I just thought I might bring some news on what is happening on my side of the project. I'm currently working hard on a new Instant Remedy website with news, info, music area and so on. I want it to feel as solid as possible at the time of launch, so there is quite a lot of things to do. It's been a ...

Re: Darn MIDI timing on PCs!

Congrats on the JD990 :) I had a JD800 with all those sliders, it was sweet! Only downside was the annoying sysex implementation which can normally be done via CC. I had to use translators and sending too much sysex info created lag and slowed things down. I don't remember having too much issues wit...

Hey, nice site!
Easy to use and find what you want.

You have done quite a lot of tunes through the years :)

Re: OT: When things go bad II

Both me and my wife went out of job December 1:st, so not a good month for us either. On the bright side, there seem to be work for both of us early next year.
Hope things will get better for you in 2009 X-64. Also, one tend to be more greatful for smaller (good) things during bad times.

Sorry to hear about that :(
Hopefully you can continue working with music at lower volume.
