Recording of BIT Live 2004 live feed?

Did anybody record the live Slaygon radio feed from BIT Live 2004? I missed the first half of it.

I know it's gonna be on DVD, too, but it'd be nice to have the raw live performance.

N-Joy's Stormlord

I am waaaay behind with listening to C64 remixes (I have RKO downloads in my queue dating back to April 2003!), but today I did a quick "spot-check" of some remixes and I found this: N-Joy's Stormlord remix. It is TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! Now, do the lyrics mean anything in Italian, or is it just gibberi...

Did they cut between us and the video-screen in the back? We haven't seen the live-feed yet.. We did use quite some time on the (new) background videos :) Yes, they did show the video screen a generous amount of times. Again, all I can say is that the director of the broadcast did a superb job. Oh,...

you know best what the remix should sound like..
I'd love to, but I lack the skills and the time.

But I may commission Reyn Ouwehand to do it for me. :D

Lagerfeldt's version

Well, I just listened to Lagerfeldt's version of "Sweet" - and I am still waiting for the "ultimate" cover of this tune. In spirit, Lagerfeldt's version is much closer to the original's than Mahoney and Schneider's. I have no problem with the vocals, either, although the vocoder/pitch-corrector was ...

There's a subset of people who think we as a community are getting hung up on technical aspects (both sonically and musically), and aren't producing tunes any more which give them solid nostalgic happy feelings. I think this is starting to become the real crux of some of the issues I'm having with ...

Re: Sweet

Pex, Lala. I perfectly understand your emotions. I am deeply sorry for having tripped on your toes this time. Just like I don't feel the need to apologize for my emotions and opinions, there's really no need for you to apologize for tripping on my toes, either. You can't please everybody every time,...

Sweet

Imagine that your soul has just been crushed, you are feeling sad, depressed, angry and powerless all at the same time. You are looking for that little ray of sunshine and hope that would lift your spirit - if just for a second - and imagine that there's nobody else around who can give that to you. ...

Personally, Hubbard could've played a ukulele standing upside down in a clown hat and I would've enjoyed it just as much - I mean, hey, this was ROB HUBBARD playing LIVE!!! :D
