How do you do these? All freehand or some tracing involved? Real pencil or digital pencil??

Hey Pal, its just a conversion to 16 colours using a custom palette within your chosen paint program. ( well in my case anyways ). make yourself a palette of 16 colours using these hex values for each colour. ( its not the true palette but it's close enough ).
