I'm a tad tourn here. I think 128 kbps is acceptable, but 192 kbps is preferable. There is a huge difference in audio quality between the two. Personally I don't like 160 kbps. My experience is that this bitrate cuts the higher fq's and muffles the base. It might only be my ears fooling me to think ...

Usually, reverbing everything at ones will cause you to loose dynimics more than gain it. I'd recommend trying to revererb each instrument by itself (or ruiner's idea), because reverbing all at ones won't let you fit the intstruments into place, or give them the right amount of reverb.
