Had a virus/trojan myself a few weeks ago, which was very hard to get rid of. It was hidden behind a rootkit, so the OS ( Vista in this case ) couldn't even see the damned files ! Sadly, with the EFS version, that game continue/scores is stored withing the .nds file. This is still the version of choice, though sadly each version update will lose that saves.
