Do you have .wav-stems? I don't use cubase, but could give it a shot.

I work in Fruity Loops so like Mordi said .wav stems would be one way to go.

Stems are the isolated audio-tracks for each part/instrument of your song.
You know, rhythm track, vocal track/acapella, the various instruments as a converted audio file (wave, aiff etc).
If you put them together you got your complete song.
To stem is stripping down your song to the vary pieces (tracks) it is built from.

Btw: The song is freakin' catchy!
