Virtually all C64 music is in the HVSC collection, http://hvsc.c64.org. You'd have to search for the music you seek.
Won't somebody PLEASE think of the children?

Not that I know of, no. The C64 wasn't that huge a deal in France or the Arabic world, as far as I know, and the three-voice nature of the synth chip is more suited to synth music than recreations of ethnic music.

Same deal, really, though i'm sure there are a few versions of really famous tunes.

I know it's tempting to think that in a huge world someone would have got round to it, and perhaps they did: but if they did, I don't think we've heard about it.

You can find SID music listed by nation at CSDB. People aren't used to listing music in terms of religion or race, so I think this is all you can do. Even Jewish composers wouldn't say their music is therefore Jewish, not as far as I'm aware.
