[GAME] Movie Quotes and Dialog Snippets #2

Post by LMan »

Volume 2 of the Movie Quotes Game, initiated by Sonic Wanderer:
Sonic Wanderer wrote: Ok. Maybe it's been on before, but hey here we go again.....it's.....

"Guess The Movie!"
Rules of the Game

 The quote-poster has to reply to guesses if they're right or wrong.

:nonono: No google, IMDB etc. research please (a matter of honour).

:hooray: The right guesser gets to post the next movie quote.

:help: Keep-alive-measure #1: The poster should drop a few further hints every now and then. If he doesn't within a couple of days, someone else may google the result and drop hints for this round, too.

 Keep-alive-measure #2: If the right guesser doesn't post a new quote within 2 days, the first random poster gets to post a quote.

8) Keep-alive-measure #3: If the quote-poster fails to confirm a correct quote within short terms, the guesser may verify his guess with google. If he was wrong though, he's out of the game for this round. Also, if the guesser is absolutely certain that the guess is correct, he may instantly start the next round and post the next quote.

:!: Keep-alive-measure #4: Participants should subscribe this topic to keep track of the game.

Have fun!

DHS, your go! :)

That was a guess! I've never actually seen that film. I knew it was based upon The Tempest though. I wouldn't have got it were it not for the clue.

Er, lets see. Ooh, famous last words time. Never ceases to crack me up into a fit of gigles this line.

You're quite safe, we've got thirty cops in this building.

Not sure thats the exact line. More clues if it's wrong.

Yep, bit obvious really, but it was all I could think of. Arguably funnier than "I'll be back."

Slick by name, slick by nature! Your go sir.

Another nice easy one.

"Final report of the commercial starship Nostromo, third officer reporting. The other members of the crew, Kane, Lambert, Parker, Brett, Ash and Captain Dallas, are dead. Cargo and ship destroyed."
