I'm just shocked that they'd have a bunch of kids sing "Milkshake".

That reminds me of an album I heard called Kids Will Rock You, which is just what it sounds like, kids singing classic rock songs. It's very weird hearing a bunch of seven year olds going "I hope I die before I get old" during their take on The Who's My Generation.

There's a lot of non-thinking going on in the kid entertainment business, but that's not exactly a new problem.

Think how I felt when I bought it and had the misfortune to listen to it! Hence my scathing review (see link earlier in the thread)
