Help with SID C64 riff identification

Post by CraigG »

I've been playing around a lot with Korg Gadget and wrote a riff I'm 99.9% certain is from a C64 track, but I can't place it, and I'm away from my SID stuff. Does anyone recognise it from the sound file below?

EDIT: Never mind. I just grabbed a free SID player for iPhone. It's about 90% accurate to a Rob Hubbard track (Chain Reaction).

You got the correct answer, which was inspired by Jean Michele Jarres Zoolook album.

Yep. I realised that later on. I thought it was familiar but couldn't place it. Looks like I'll be rewriting one of my loops!
