Cleaned up users without posts

I've cleaned up the forum user database to get rid of all the dead spam accounts. Thus I deleted all the accounts that hadn't made a post.
If your account was deleted, sorry! Feel free to re-register.

There were a ton today I had to clean up. Whatever "protection" PHPBB has is now useless.
