Remix tunes as funeral music

Just a thought popping up.

The remixes here aren't exactly "free" stuff; more like the private usuage is "tolerated".
How private is a funeral then? As it has some public audience...

If I want to flip the finger a last time by using a remix at my funeral:
Would it be OK? Not exactly my problem then, but I'm curious now.

I don't think any rights holders would notice or care. Also, who are they gonna sue? You'd be dead! :) This goes for CD tracks too.

Anyone wants to have William Wobbler played by an 80 piece orchestra at their funeral is A-OK by me :) I do know that some remixes get played at weddings.

Thanks for your input. ^^

Morticians in Germany... regulations, regulations, regulations... they might simply refuse if they fear any GEMA or similar shit coming their way.
I'd find the idea extraordinarly funny to simply explode my rotting corpse and litter the country side with my pieces but people usually don't find that appropriate to get rid of a body.
