This sounds like a single sampled arpeggio played at different notes, you can tell by the altering arpeggio speed between the notes.
Hardly anything to go after I guess...

In general the attitude from the Hip Hop community is... if someone takes a sample and flips (I'm guessing a slang for using it a different way) it its ok.
I dont care if you flip it, reverse it or turn it around 180 degrees, in the end the court will decide.
I hope they get a good chunk of money so they can retire
