You still waiting for those pressing forms? MCPS just sent me two pads of the things, so I can send some on.

HI Tom (one of my Fav. C64 Remixer ;) )

Was just wondering looking at your Logo there, I used to remember a C64 Demo that had X-Ample Architecture or something like that. Was that something you were envolved in?

Sorry to budd in here and go off topic like this, but This is very cool for me, I remember sitting in my Room (Canada) watching the Large X-ample Architech Logo going across my C64 Screen and wondering "how did they do that?" and the wonderfull music, and now something like 17 years later, able to communicate with the members of that group.

Thats really cool :)

i concur. There arn't many of the old sceners knocking around here, and even fewer musicians of the SID. Unfortunately i didn't know of Thomas Detert before he came on the scene nor of x-ample. I do now tho, and if i was aware of his work back in the day i'm sure he would have become one of those icons for me.

I'm going to try and setup my C64 and find that particular Demo which I have on a 5 1/4" Floppy as a matter of fact, I should setup my X1581 Cable and backup all my 5 1/4" Floppys before they go bad on me or something.

I'm also glad that Kaktus/Mahoney are active sometimes here and RKO. I really enjoyed their BudBrain Demo's they were pleasing to the eye, had lots of humor and ofcourse Awesome Music. I used to pump the "It Began In Africa" through my stereo system.

When I grow up I wann be like Tom
