SLAY Radio gathering.

Post by Slaygon »

Been thinking off pulling together some sort of SLAY Radio gathering this summer, most probably the first weekend of July, hence this little poll.

And yes, it's a bit late to announce stuff like this now, but I'm doing it anyway! ;)

Heh... well seeing as I'll be there by then, I'd turn up anyway!

But, for everyone else, I think it would be a GREAT way to put faces to names, shake the hands of people you've chatted to on IRC, etc.

The fact that it's in a Mainland Europe country should make it easier for a lot of people to turn up. The added bonus is that Gothenburg is a BEAUTIFUL city to visit. Lots of historical buildings, very good transport, and... may I add... lots of eye-candy too ;)

Great idea, Slaygon. It will help people put a "face" to the radio station.

Nice idea, Slay!

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it. I'll be busy arranging and celebrating my wife's 30th birthday on the beaches of Ystad (which is an awfully nice thing to do, actually!)

But I know you'll have an even better time without me. Or. Er? Well...

Don't forget that you still need get your good self to Copenhagen at one point. Our eyecandy can easily match anything Sweden has to offer. :D

I think the gathering thing is a great idea, and it's not like I'll be able to avoid it anyway, so I'll be there. ;)

I'll be there! Even if I'll have to rob some old lady to be able to afford it, I'll be there. ;)

And I also need to get my arse to Copenhagen soon. (I was there yesterday, but I need a drinking day with Don Kwed...)

The cash state is another problem though.

I think it´s a very good idea. Unfortunatelly gothenburg is about 1200 km away from munich...one way. Maybe ryanair offers some affordable flights

They usually do. =)

Then there's the other companies aswell. Easyjet is one of them.
I bet you have some local ones there too.
