I know how it is when you create public-facing "hobby" Web sites--people often moan about things, but rarely praise (or at least, less often). I know I've been pretty vocal about problems on this site, so I thought I'd start a little thread to state, for the record, that I reckon R64 is a great site, and the people who work on it are doing a sound job (pun intended!) It's amazing to think how far the site's gone over recent months, and the amalgamation of various C64 remix sites bodes well for the future.
did i mentioned before how happy i am with your great service, guys ?
out of what little time i have to spare, i rummage thru all this pages and remixes and I REALLY LOVE IT !!!

It's a superb site and a great example of how the remix scene should be promoted.
The forum is fun to be a part of and has plenty of good humour & shining wit.
Also, on a somewhat deeper level, there is a definite sense of community and team spirit. Sometimes, when the mood is sad, we all seem to band together and help each other.
