I really appreciate the thought, and there certainly were some plans (to commemorate the fallen, for instance), but they're stymied for a number of reasons:

1) Not enough money to do something good
2) Not enough time to organise it
3) Very difficult to do something exciting enough to make people fly over here again
4) Very little guarantee of how many people would come
5) Lack of Skitz
And the most important reason:
6) Difficulty in finding a suitable venue (BIT Live requires a "tourist" city to work: i.e. one which people would visit anyway).

Last time the guys did a great job of making a BIT Live work in the Nordic countries, and I think it probably needs something similar again.

I'll tell you what though: if Dave wins Lazy Jones back and there's a number one hit with it: there will be another concert: BIT Live: Back from the Dead (Zombie Edition) ;-)

Maybe it would work as a BIT:Lite rather than BIT:Live. I.e. a pub meetup piggybacking on one of the bigger Retro events. Although those rarely seem to be in tourist'y cities.

A BIT without a live performance seems somehow wrong now :) But if the Lazy Jones things happen, I'll ask PPOT to perform a Zombie Nation cover taking the piss out of them, complete with Zombie makeup ;-) Soren would look AWESOME in Zombie makeup... and I think beyond is halfway there already ;-) (just kidding Theo!)

Il'd Love a Bit Lite in Manchester, UK again. The last one seemed to work well and was a nice event tied into Retrovision. The last London event was good too!!

I'd help out if required and assist organising (I'm near Manchester).

There's a new possibility of something around September, which would be a launch party for something quite cool and vinyl-related, but that's still not 100% definite. It would be linked to BIT Live, certainly.

If something could be arranged closer to Christmas, I would be able to get time off from work to do it. There are non-stop flights from Washington DC to almost every major European city... :D

In a sky full of people - only some want to fly. Isn't that crazy?
