Anyway, GGS wasn't arranged by Andy but by the guy who did the Final Fantasy stuff.
Hadn't took a look in the program, but Andy told me that he did the arrangement/orchestration. Perhaps I did understood wrong since it was very loud in that restaurant.
I was invited by Thomas, what a nice chap
Boecker ? How come ?
We had perfect seats in the middle parkett (one seat back from Rob).
I was sitting one place left to Rob.
Maybe we'll meet next year then
Hope so.
GGS was arranged and orchestrated by Shiro Hamaguchi, although I'm sure Andy has had some inputs too.

Didn't go to Auerbach because we had to get up early next morning, my wife and I. We did dine there the evening before, nice atmosphere - shame about the food ;-)

Thomas Böcker invited me yes. He has very kindly arranged some work for me for Konami and Namco related stuff, working with Yuzo Koshiro on Dance Dance Revolution Extreme 2 and the 2cd soundtrack for the racing arcade game Wangan Midnight 2. So we are talking about various projects, etc. He had his very charming wife Kanako with him, I guess you met her then.

I didn't see you next to Rob, probably because I didn't recognize you.. :-) too bad, it would have been nice to meet you!

Totally unrelated : did you work on the Roland MC-909? I did some work for Roland in Japan on this machine, and I happened to stumble upon the name Markus Schneider?

Right. Everyone played great except the main drummer, although that might be due to a lack of monitoring on stage.

Anyway it was great and one of the most clever orchestral 64 remix I have ever heard.
