Dream music, arranged for binned axe and Guitar Hero 3!

I woke up with a bit of music and thought I'd get it down.

I only mumbled the scratch lyrics due to a cold but I do have a great result throwing together common-garden romplers and the guitar that music shop threw out.

High point of the test for me was recording the video game guitar solo, then splicing pitch-bent bits to my tune.

Just like Melodyne and that authentic Eric Clapton sound. It was Sunshine Of Your Love.

Classic gaming HAS hit the studio now!

It's one more option anyway, atop the myriad of musical apps which Sony intended you play with.

I don't know about that but I've often wondered how many more kids grew up to form bands after paddling around with these little interactive albums. There's much serious computing going on under that old hood.

It's as much impressive to fondle the notes and chords I need on a real instrument as it is to cut Guitar Hero licks in jigsaw pieces, to repitch them and lay out so 'Eric Clapton' plays my line. This gear really does work.

So I fancy commemorating that with a Commodore photo disk, because of course I can.

Put on the Commodore slideshow while you play Band Hero for that maximum flavour.
