Did someone had the chance to test this?
From the demos I heard I don´t feel like buying it... someone else got a different opinion?

well, it's like a workstation... many, many sounds but how much of them
are really useful... in my opinion the synths are great, the strings are
taken from HALion, the drums are crap...and the other patches are mainly
GM/GS/XG stuff... aarrgghhh....

my mate had send his copy of hypersonic back to musicstore colonge....

maybe you take a closer look at:

http://www.nativeinstruments.de/index.php?kompakt_us

and

http://www.virsyn.de/en/E_Products/E_TERA/e_tera.html

btw. try out the 'Virsyn microTera' which is for free
(check out the latest issue from the Keys Magzine)

you only need a good friend working at musicstore, then you can do
such things... and many other things

btw. don't forget 'bout the dongle protection...
