Action Biker (Rob Hubbard)

Post by plasm »

Here: http://home20.inet.tele.dk/plams/actionbiker.html (.ogg)

Quite an innocent cute song. But there's something crazy about this cover.. maybe it's the trill from the silly synth, or the b9 chord in the piano. Or the fact that there's an awful lot of compressing going on, and distortion on the bass.

Enjoy (if possible)

lol, it's everything in a remix you wouldn't want, but somehow it's annoyingly catchy!

I like it, too!
It's almost as good as the "Action Biker on a unicycle"-Version! :P

Hehe! I'm going to have to finish that off one day...

Funny track though, Plasm! Just listening to it now. It's oh so wrong but you can't stop listening to it!

Hehe, thanks guys! I believe I had a surplus of silly happiness when I made it that day.

What is the "Action Biker on a unicycle"? I see only two remixes on RKO :)

Oh Boz, didn't know you made it:) Even though you claim to use "a pile of old poo" to make it, it's been my favorite pile of poo this month. Great stuff :)

And your 1942 (You were there) remix almost made me cry - not always with laughter:) Your duet with yourself, over that Autumn Leaves kind of chord progession.. oh my:) Thanks for laughs and smiles.

Hehe, thanks! The clip was made for BIT Live Brighton. I was played in the "background" before the live event started, but I'm not sure how many people heard it, actually!

Awww, shucks! Glad you like it. Actually, 1942 is the favourite of my P-a-D pieces, although most other people go for Monty Hi-Score instead.

Send me the original vocals to 1942 and I will make a club remix - then people will love it :)
