Story

Dees Productions is back with another classic Scortia remake, Canes.

This song has set the trandmark for Scortia's unique sounds, the way he manage to push the SID chip to make smoothly defined baselines, well defined drums and synth-leads.

Song was used in the demo Produkthandler Kom Her / Camelot.

What to say about the remake:

I tried to capture the most of the song and keep close to the original touch.

Baselines, leads and part of the drums were done in Reaktor, using my own customized instruments.

The rest, done with various of softhsynths, including true impulse points from the Olympic stadium Strahov or Prague. Hence the lead and stuff got a bit of a overdone reverbe/delay😉 (also the whole point, since I visited this particular stadium this summer and got lots of ideas for the remix!).
