Ouch! Who put that main lead in? It's just not very pleasing on the ears. At all. And as for the rest of it, well the beat's okay but it just doesn't work for me.
Tas shouts:Can't give myself to rate it higher, it's just very poor.
Detuned, weird sound choices and overall a very bland arrangement. The drums saves it from an even lower score.
It just sounds like a poor Amiga MOD with the gated Synths to me

The "synth"-approach would work, when the instruments would have been wisely choosen...
OMG, bad bad wrong chords. No good instruments in parts. Though there's a bit potential in it.
A couple of okay bits in it, but didn't like the choice of instruments. Lightforce is one of those tunes that needs to Rock or do something pretty special instead. Unfortunately this doesn't rock and does nothing special. Sorry, thumbs down.

It's mentioned before: because of the wrong notes it doesn't worked 4me as well.
Some chords differ from the original version. And it sounds like this wasn't done on purpose.
Uninspired and very dull.

It takes a lot of courage to remake this song, as it's been done very well before. Unfortunately this version lacks a lot to represent one of the greatest tunes ever made on the C64.
