Definitely... I have avoided it (seemingly) but quite a few of the Llamasofties in attendance (including Gary Liddon) seem to have come down with it too...

I think the Asian girl you are wittering on about is the one that had her back signed at BIT1 Correct-a-mundo there... though my brain has failed once MORE and I can't remember her name! I met and spoke to her for a bit during the afternoon, caught up on what had been happening since being plastere...

The reason for the lack of C64s running wasn't due to them not working... we had the machines, power packs, joysticks etc... just not enough RF leads to connect them to the TVs!

And I believe this might be post 6581 on these boards ;)

Re: So glad I was there :-)

PS why are you selling your SX-64, they are so nice! Thanks for the support... I was almost as knackered as Chris by the end, but Red Bull kept me going (and I helped Chris keep going! ). As for the SX64, it was a spare. Frank Gasking took it off me in a pre-arranged deal but with a lack of C...

I saw a couple of GP32s around the place actually... guess the influence from Korea is spreading ;) It was great to finally meet Simon N as I'm a big fan of the Comets games, and at least he also got to see Mega A running on my gear upstairs in the gaming area :D Jeff is currently in the middle of a...

A few bits of it were stupid, though I do think for the most part a lot of it was tongue in cheek, especially the pantomime booing of the non C64 works. Well that's the impression I kind of got, as everyone was still applauding after he finished every piece now...

Due to a lower than expected number of machines running (I even roped in the SX64 I was selling to help out!), and a blatent lack of pens, I decided to just let the machines run and have people play instead.

IK+ 3 player went down VERY well indeed...

Absolutely fucking amazing was the concert ;) As poor Chris lets me into a small part of his fretting world... sadly some people just aren't satisfied enough! Rob playing acoustic was only going work with tunes that fitted that format quite honestly which is why many items in his catalog a...

Well it's getting a bit old now, I should really update that page sometime :P As for the Gamesmaster joystick erm... yes I did actually get to keep the one I was presented with! Which can be viewed here: http://www.mayhem64.co.uk/images/goldenjoy.jpg Maybe they didn't do thi...
