Well if we could get paid gigs we would Good point as I know that Chris Abbot has put himself in debt a few times for these events so there's not a lot of money flying about. It's a pity that the retro scene isn't larger so you guys could be financially able to play more. It was obvious that you al...

It's one thing to rip the cd's to an mp3 device or home server (as I have) if you bought the cd's, and its totally another thing to download them free! Speaking for me, I have this weird obsession for original things. It's a bit strange in a world seemingly full of people who download loads of stuff...

I've only heard a few clips of it. I've put it on my iPod for the drive home to London. four bloody hours :(

I Liked what I heard so far. Ditto the Danceaway freeCD. I've only watched a little of the BIT DVD 2 and am going to burn the iso image onto a blank DVD until the replacement comes.

Sorry I didn't get a chance to speak to you :( Let's hope so next time! I had a great time through the gig but the people talking did piss me off. We were almost ground zero to them so it was very distracting in parts. It didn't help that the sound was bad at the beginning but also too quiet all the...

As a bit of a wanna-be remixer (I have a *long* way to go). I was wondering if remixers created their own drumloops (say in Battery) or use an existing one?

Thanks :)

Just a quick post to say thanks to Chris and Mark for organising the event. We had a great time and the concert was great :) Thanks also to the musicians who obviously had as good a time as the audience. And finally, thanks to the people I met and talked to. It was good finally meeting and seeing so...

Wonder if the guys at Ocean (circa 1985) would want a load of geeks suddenly appear at their door asking for memorabilia ;)

I said that was the last BIT Live. This is a BIT Lite. Now I'm widening that exclusion, so that if I ever do any event ever again called Back in Time anything, shoot me Smile
Does that include building a Delorean with Flux Capacitor and actually ferrying people to "back in the day" ?

We should be at the Travelodge Oldham about mid afternoon-ish on Friday/

What's the plan for a meet-up or something? Does anyone know if something has been (impromptu) arranged?
