I'm looking for an Amiga demo which features the rather natty Amiga mod below:

Humanoid Invasion

Can anyone remember which demo it's featured in?

Uh.

It must be at least 15 years since I last heard that and I still remembered (from reading the mod name alone) how it goes and what comes next after each part. Not really that good, but apparently quite catchy at least :)
