Pixel Perfection - Tonka

Post by Mayhem »

Listening to Ziphoid's broadcast tonight reminded me I was going to ask about where to get this track from ;)

So if anyone can help out etc etc...

I love this one too! Although I pretty much like 99.99% of 'Tonka' tracks :)

What I'm wondering about even more is what is that Pixel Perfection Demo it originated from (can't find anything like that on csdb)

Hi Guys,

Sorry - only just saw this :)

I upped a version for Gibs a few weeks ago here:

Not sure if this is the same version that Zyphoid is playing, or where he even got it from! Glad someone likes it though! :)

@ Jinx. It's not based on a SID, so that's probably why there's no info anywhere. I guess it gets played on the basis that there are Impossible Mission & WOTEF samples in it.

I'll be putting up a website someday soon (yeah, right) with downloads of all of my half-presentable stuff, ranging from SID's & old Amiga mods to EP's and demo's that were sent to the record companies and even the BIT stuff (Abbott-permitting, of course)!

Cheers for that Tonka...

The reason I asked is because I heard it on Slay Radio a few times as part of various broadcast shows (I'm fairly sure it's usually been Boz, this time Ziphoid played it was the first I'd seen him use it) and wondered where and why I couldn't download it.

Obviously as it isn't a remix then it wasn't RKO, but yeah I dunno where they got it from ;)
