I think something's wrong with this approach, and I think it's the drums. The bassdrum and the hi-hat don't sound "electronic" enough for this "stainless", crystal-clear SID tune.

And the ending is very abrupt. Unfinished? Maybe a small quiet break with the flutes from the beginning should follow there, followed by the "grand finale". ;-)

Nice remix a lot of potential. Just a couple things.

1. The Kick Drum sounds off, its kind of booming in the distance for some reason.

2. The lead sounds like its panned to the left or something.

3. Change the Reverb Hall effect or whatever it is you are using.

thanks for the mega hella awesome advice.
havent put any effort to the drums yet. its just a cut up breakbeat running. mostly for having something to work against.

and of course the ending is abrupt, im working on the track hehe :)

aslong as the drumbeat isnt running through a reverb filter and sticks out a little better this will be a nice little addition to the list of cybernoid remixes.

but then you mentioned its not quite the finished article anyway so im sure it'll be fixed and sound lovely once its all done.

the rest of it sounds great to me, the synths used aint the usual affair they have a amigaesque quality to them which i like quite a fair bit and the break down sections are nice too and all the little bits n peices that break it up.

nice work so far, look forward to hearing the rest of it.
