Thats pretty awesome, when you think the original purpose of websites was to share paperwork amongst students and now you can drag and drop samples and resize them and edit right on fly.
Very neat stuff.

Hell of a lot of stuff online.
If copies are still out, buy yourself the Computer Music 101 Free Plugins special. That's packed with effects, instruments, DAWs, samplers, the lot.
One of my favourite freebies is the Redtron 400. It makes a good imitation of the Mellotron.
